Alternative post-tensioned designed for the basement raft slab under a 7 storey residential building on the Sunshine Coast.
- 1,800m2 of beam and slab raft.
- 30kPa hydrostatic pressure
- Approximately 900m3 of Concrete
- 17 tonne of post-tensioning strand.
Station Street Markets, Subiaco, Perth
We have just completed our first inspection on a newshopping centre development including Coles, a Target DDS and supportingspecialty retail with 6,000m2 of office space over three levels and associatedmulti-level parking facilities. Our scope was limited to the D&C design ofthe post-tensioned suspended slabs.
- 23,000m2 of heavily loaded suspendedpost-tensioned Slabs.
- Approximately 7000m3 of Concrete
- 130 tonne of post-tensioning strand.
Fremantle College
"Design and Construct" of the level 1 slab (2 pours) for an extension to the Fremantle College in WA.
Final pour completed 18th October 2016.
